Is it possible to hand in my device outside opening hours?
If you would like to hand in an appliance for repair outside opening hours, please give us a short call.
In front of our company building there is a container for secure drop-off, which is accessible around the clock and under video surveillance.
Please enclose a note with your address details, a telephone number and a brief description of the fault with the device - ideally you should use our order form.
Is there a warranty on your repairs?
A warranty period of one year applies to all repairs carried out by us.
Are you also open on Saturday?
We are closed on Saturday.

We do not have a location in Vienna. We only have one location in Rastenfeld.

Can I wait for my unit to be repaired?
You are welcome to make an appointment with us for certain repairs.
In these cases, the repair takes around 1 to 2 hours and can be carried out directly on site - provided the device has already been removed.
Devices for which no fixed date is possible must remain with us for longer, as the repair takes longer.

Can I bring my defective device in for repair in person?
You are welcome to bring the appliance in during our opening hours without an appointment. However, if you are not sure whether we will repair the appliance at all, please contact us beforehand.
Can private customers also order repairs from you?
Of course, you can also take advantage of our repair services as a private customer - simple and uncomplicated.
Do you also repair airbag control units?
We do not repair airbag control units for liability reasons. As we cannot guarantee that the airbag will deploy properly in the event of an accident, we do not wish to be held responsible for this, especially not for possible injuries or fatalities. We ask for your understanding.
Do you take over the removal of defective devices?
As a matter of principle, we do not remove appliances.
If you bring a device in for repair, it must already be removed. Thank you for your understanding!
Do you also sell control units or do you only offer repairs?
In certain cases, we can offer used engine control units from our warehouse - including a clone service in which the data from your original unit is transferred.
How much does it cost to ship my device?
Shipping methods & costs within Austria
We send repaired devices by Austrian Post or GLS - depending on your wishes or availability.
Costs and dispatch times
- Post Standard: 2-3 working days - free of charge
- Post Express: usually within 24 hours - € 8.00 to € 12.00 (depending on parcel weight)
- GLS Standard: 1-2 working days - € 8.00 to € 12.00 (depending on parcel weight)
- GLS Express: fastest possible delivery - from € 14.00
What does a repair cost?
If no price is listed for your device on our website, we will check it free of charge and without obligation so that we can provide you with an exact cost estimate.
Please note: If the device cannot be repaired or you reject the cost estimate, we will charge a flat rate of € 14.99 for packaging and handling plus shipping costs, unless the device is collected in person.
What should I send with my device when I send it in for repair?
You can easily select and order the desired service directly in our shop. An order form will then be created automatically and enclosed with the consignment.
As a rule, we only need the device to be repaired - please do not send any unnecessary accessories or housing parts if they are not relevant for the repair.
What is the procedure if I want to send in a device for repair?
You can bring your device to us in person or send it to us by post at any time.
For standard faults, simply select the appropriate device in our online shop - a repair order will be created automatically from your order.
As soon as we receive the device, we will carry out a quick check free of charge.
If it turns out during the inspection that the actual repair costs differ from the original price, we will of course provide you with a cost estimate in advance.
How can I pay with you?
Private customers:
Payment is normally made by cash on delivery.
We also accept prepayment on request.
Corporate customers:
Companies have the option of paying conveniently on account.
How long does the dispatch take?
Shipping times within Austria
- Standard dispatch by post: 2 to 3 working days
- Express delivery by post: usually within 24 hours
- Standard shipping with GLS: 1-2 working days
How long will it take to repair my device?
Standard faults for which you fill in a repair order are usually rectified within two to three working days. If troubleshooting is required first, please allow up to one week for processing.
