- Hey Di ★★★★★ one year ago The MMI control unit of my Audi A3 (8V) no longer made any sound (radio, navigation, etc.). After calling Mosertronik to find out whether the unit could be repaired, I took the defective control unit to Mosertronik on Monday morning. The very friendly lady at the reception desk accepted the device. ... Mehr and told me that I would be notified after the repair was completed. Shortly after noon the next day, I was informed that my control unit had been repaired and was ready for collection. Immediately after the collection, I reinstalled the control unit in the vehicle and everything worked again immediately without having to make any adjustments. I am thrilled and pleased that the repair saved me from having to buy a new control unit. I can highly recommend Mosertronik based on my experience. Googled on the internet what this could be, came across various forums, typical error, clear verdict - speedo is broken. New speedometer costs approx. 700€ WITHOUT ASSEMBLY. . .used, WITHOUT warranty, with wrong Km-stand etc. also just under €. I then ... Mehr I found this website and thought it was worth a try! On Friday I sent an e-mail to make an appointment and within 2 minutes I received several suggestions. Good, I made an appointment for Tuesday at 8 am. I went there and was very positively surprised. The young lady at the reception was very, very friendly and knew immediately who I was and what I needed when I told her my name. I went through the order again, signed it and off we went. An employee came and immediately removed the speedometer, explained what he was doing now and got started straight away. After about an hour, he came back, explained what was broken, reinstalled the part, deleted the error memory and the repair was finished. All for a fraction of a new speedometer and much cheaper than a used one without warranty! Rarely or never have I felt so accommodated and friendly, the work was done cleanly and competently and every single employee is very friendly and I had the feeling that everyone really enjoys their work! In short: I REALLY RECOMMEND TOP WORK; SERVICE; PRICE/PERFORMANCE, EMPLOYEES and COMPETENCE! !D A N K E

Three days later I had the dashboard back. The speedometer works perfectly, only the display for the power take-off shaft is not working. ... Mehr shows a speed that is much too high. After enquiring, I was told that they do not have the software for this tractor. The software from a similar model was installed. However, the impulses from the encoder wheel are apparently much higher per revolution. I was offered that the repair could be reversed and I would get my money back. It is a pity that this was not mentioned immediately, and that the repair of this tractor series is advertised on your homepage. I sent the speedometer to Mosertronik again, unfortunately it did not help, the new software was also not the right one. Mosertronik refunded 50% of my money. The bottom line is that I only paid for the repair of the speedometer. Thanks to the team at Mosertronik, it was a fair solution.LG Herbert

My telephone enquiry to Mosertronik was forwarded directly to the boss by the friendly secretary. The boss took a lot of time on the phone to explain my problem and still wanted to have a look at the already opened/repaired Abs control unit.
