How long does a repair take?
Standard faults for which you fill out a repair order are normally repaired within 24 hours. Troubleshooting usually takes 2 to 5 days.
What delivery time should I expect?
The following shipping times apply in Austria:
- Standard shipping post 2 to 3 days
- Express mail normally within 24h
- Standard shipping via GLS 1 to 2 days
How much does it cost to ship my unit?
We ship the repaired units either by post or GLS.
- Post Standard shipping is free of charge
- Post Express costs between € 8.00 and € 12.00 depending on the weight of the parcel.
- GLS Standard costs between € 8.00 and € 12.00 depending on the weight of the parcel.
- GLS Express costs from € 14.00
What is the procedure?
You are welcome to bring or send us your device at any time. For standard faults, select the unit in the online shop and an order form will be generated from the order. Once we have received the unit, we will carry out a brief check of your unit free of charge. If the price according to the order differs, we will make a cost estimate beforehand.
How high are the repair costs?
If there is no price for your device on our website, we will check the device free of charge and without obligation in order to be able to provide you with an exact cost estimate.
Do I have a guarantee on the repair you have carried out?
You have a 1-year guarantee on the repair we carry out.
Can I wait for my unit to be repaired?
For some repairs we can arrange an appointment. The repair will then take about 1 to 2 hours. All devices for which we cannot make an appointment must remain with us longer, as the repairs take longer here. If you would like to make an appointment for a repair, please feel free to contact us at any time.
What payment options are available?
Normally, payment is made by cash on delivery. Upon customer request, we also accept payment in advance.

Companies can pay us on account.
Can I bring my defective unit in for repair?
You are welcome to bring the appliance in during our opening hours without an appointment. However, if you are not sure whether we will repair the appliance at all, please contact us beforehand.
What do I need to send when I send my unit for repair?
You can select and purchase the desired service directly in our shop. Afterwards, an order form is generated from it without further ado...
Can I also have something repaired by you as a private customer or only as a company?
No, you can also have your defective appliance repaired without any problems as a private customer.
What are your opening hours?
Our opening hours are as follows:
Monday to Thursday from 8 am to 12 pm and from 1 pm to 5 pm
Friday from 8 am to 12 pm
Can I leave my device somewhere outside opening hours?
If you would like to bring in a device for repair outside of our opening hours, please give us a short call. We have a large box in front of the company building where you can leave your device. Please enclose a note with your address data, a telephone number and a description of the fault. An order form would be even better.
Is it possible to pay with Paypal?
With us, you can pay either by cash on delivery or by prepayment. In exceptional cases we also accept a Paypal payment.
Do I have to bring the unit dismantled or will it be dismantled at your premises?
We generally do not dismantle the units. If you bring a unit in for repair, it must be dismantled.
Will you also be there on Saturday?
We are not open on Saturdays. You can find our exact opening hours on our homepage.
Do you also sell control units or do you only repair them?
We have some used engine control units here, which we also offer for sale in some cases.
Do you also have a location in Vienna?
We do not have a location in Vienna. We only have one location in Rastenfeld.

How long does it take to drive from Vienna to you?
The journey from Vienna to us takes about 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Do you also repair airbag control units?
We do not repair airbag control units for liability reasons! If the airbag does not deploy in an accident after repair, we do not want to be responsible for injuries or deaths.
