Payment information and services
We offer the following payment options. We reserve the right to adjust or change the information provided at any time and without notice.
Advance bank transfer
For repair orders, we will send you an invoice by e-mail after we have received and checked the unit - in this case, please do not transfer the money beforehand. For normal orders, please transfer the money immediately. Your order will not be processed or shipped until we have received the money.
Cash on delivery
For cash on delivery purchases, the money is collected directly by the delivery person. So please make sure that someone is available to accept the shipment and that you have sufficient cash on hand. This is the standard payment method for private customers.
You can pay us in cash or with an ATM. For corporate customers, we also offer collection on account.
Purchase on account
We only offer this payment method for registered companies with a valid VAT number. When purchasing on account, the invoice is sent back with the package. We are happy to send the invoice by e-mail. The payment period is 2 weeks and is to be paid without deduction of discount.
