Here you will find a concise overview of the standard delivery costs and available payment options. Whether standard shipping, express delivery or international dispatch – we inform you transparently about all incurred costs. In addition, we offer you various secure payment methods so that you can order flexibly and conveniently.

Delivery information

We send parcels with GLS and Post, shipping costs are not included in the price.

Shipping costs and delivery information upon successful repair

For standard repairs that were successfully carried out, standard shipping within Austria is €10.00.

Express delivery – only possible in Austria

If express delivery is required, we can send parcels within Austria via Post-Express. A fee of €15.00 applies for this shipping method.

Different shipping costs for unperformed repairs

If a repair could not be carried out or is not required, a flat-rate fee of €10.00 incl. VAT will be charged for return shipping. This covers the costs for packaging and handling. Shipping costs are not included in this.

Payment information and terms

We offer the following payment methods. We reserve the right to adapt or change the information provided at any time and without notice.

Advance bank transfer

Once the repair is complete, we will send you the invoice via WhatsApp or email. Upon receiving confirmation of payment or once we can register the incoming payment, we can send your parcel back. This is the standard payment method for private customers.

On site

Here you can pay by cash or with a debit card. For business customers, we also offer collection on invoice.

Buy on invoice

We only offer this payment method to registered companies with a valid VAT number. When paying on invoice, the invoice will be sent back with the package. We are also happy to send the invoice by email. The payment term is 2 weeks and is payable without deduction of cash discount.
