Communication via WhatsApp

For an easy way to communicate with the possibility to send pictures, we use WhatsApp Business. To protect your contact details, we do not store any contacts in our address book who do not use WhatsApp. We use our own dedicated mobile device for this purpose. We also do not create cloud backups of chats and contacts. Photos and chats are deleted after successful completion of the enquiry or assignment.

This website uses the self-hosted open source web analytics service Matomo. Matomo uses technologies that enable cross-page recognition of the user to analyse user behaviour (e.g. device fingerprinting). The information collected by Matomo about the use of this website is stored on our server. The IP address is anonymised before storage.

With the help of Matomo, we are able to collect and analyse data about the use of our website by website visitors. This allows us to find out, among other things, when which page views were made and from which region they come. We use IP anonymisation for the analysis with Matomo. In this case, your IP address is shortened before analysis so that it can no longer be clearly assigned to you.

Hosting Matomo

We host Matomo exclusively on our own servers so that all analysis data remains with us and is not passed on.

6. google services

We do not use Analytics or similar Google tracking services. However, we use Adwords, Maps and Reviews from the Google offer. You can find more information below.

Google Ads/Adwords

We use "Google Ads" (formerly Google AdWords), a service of Google Ireland Limited, Google Building Gordon House, Barrow St, Dublin 4, Ireland (hereinafter referred to as "Google"), to advertise our offers and products. Google Ads enables us to draw attention to our attractive offers with the help of advertising media on external websites. These advertisements are delivered by Google via so-called "AdServers".

We maintain publicly accessible profiles on social networks. The individual social networks used by us can be found below.
